Shipping Update 21/01/2022
95% orders upto 14/01/2022 have been received from the suppliers and shipped on 21/01/2022; Some orders have been impacted due to picking errors or delayed deliveries from the logistic providers. Customer service team will be reaching out to customers this morning and advising the delay.
Shipping Update 10/01/2022
Thank you for your orders and abundant support. We have received phenomenal number of orders as our customers loved the FREE shipping and Half Price embroidery. All orders have been processed with the suppliers as of 10th January and we are expecting stock in the next few days. We have also shipped out a lot of orders for suppliers that have been open during the break.
Holidays Notice
Budget Workwear will be closed during the Christmas & New Year Break.
Both Sydney & Melbourne factories will close at 4pm, 22-Dec-2021 and reopen on 3-Jan-2022.
Decoration & Blank Orders
All decoration orders received before 15-Dec-2021 will be shipped by the 22-Dec-2021 as per the below cut off subject to we receiving stock from the suppliers.

All blank orders will be dispatched till 22-Dec-2021, however some orders received after 15/12/2021 may not ship by the 22nd and will be sent in the new year. If you are unavailable to take delivery, please let us know in advance so that we do not ship them out.

Covid-19 Updates

We are all facing an unprecedented situation, with the global coronavirus pandemic affecting our families, businesses, communities and way of life. Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly, and we want to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the current situation at Budget Workwear.
Factories in Sydney & Melbourne
Both our factories and dispatch in Sydney and Melbourne remain open as normal and our embroidery and printing production is in full swing. Customer pick ups are not allowed at Melbourne; Customers can pick up from Silverwater in Sydney.
Freight
We are shipping from both locations as normal, last update from Australia Post & Star Track is that the borders closures is not expected to significantly delay cross-border shipments, so we are good in sending out freight as normal.There is delay in shipments arriving from into Sydney from Melbourne and vice versa but this should not impact dispatch.
Sales & Customer Service Teams
Our Sales Teams & customer service teams have continued to support customers throughout the COVID-19 period. Both these teams are doing a fantastic job of answering calls and assisting customers for any queries relating to stock and online orders.
Online Store
