Shipping & Delivery Blank Products 

  • Once receive the order, our team will verify the following information “Name, address, payment information, next we will check availability of the items with the supplier and then process the order. 
  • We try to keep our inventory up to date as per our suppliers but there could be times when items are on back order and may not be available. We will let you know the exact ETA and if is acceptable to you, we will process the order or will give you a full refund if the ETA is not acceptable. 
  • We do not hold any stock, except for items that are on specials or clearance; Items are shipped from our Moorabbin or supplier warehouses depending on various factors like number of brands, order value, stock availability and the quantity. 
  • As a standard practice, we consolidate the order send all the items as one shipment, if your order has multiple brands, it means that we will have to wait for all the items to come into our warehouse and then ship it. Please see below approximate turn around times for each of our suppliers. This can be used a guide in understanding how long your order will take to ship.

  • We recommend that you choose products from the suppliers with the best turn arounds. We also recommend you put single brand orders of suppliers that allow third party shipping, that is direct from their warehouse to your doorstep. 
  • Orders are shipped same day or next day once we receive stock from the supplier.  

*** If your order is urgent and you need it ASAP, please call the customer service team at 1300 155 055 and let us know and we will do all that we can to expedite the delivery. 

Shipping & Delivery Decoration Products 

  • We usually Ship 80%+ of all Embroidery / Heat Transfer / DTG / Screen Print (repeat Setup) Decoration Orders within 12 Business Days. 
  • Most Orders with Screen Print (New Setup) are Shipped within 15-20 Business Days. 
  • There may be delays due to Stocks on Back Order / Artwork Approvals OR approval of actual Production Swatches, if required. 

Shipping methods 

  • We offer Australia Post and Star Track Road Express** for all orders that leave from our Moorabbin warehouse. Australia Post Parcel rates start at $7.70 abd is capped at $16.50; Free Delivery for orders over $300.00. 

***Paying for Star Track Express does not mean items will be shipped same day; We will still need 4-5 business days to ship items; It means that it will be sent by Star Track service which is a business grade service. 

  • Our suppliers use Star Track, Toll, TNT Express, Border Express, Couriers Please & Aramex Fastway and other Providers so for orders that are coming from our supplier warehouses, they could be in any of the above carriers.  
  • When orders are shipped, we send you an email with tracking information and the carrier website address. 

Pricing, Taxes, Fees, Other Charges 

  • All prices are inclusive of 10% GST. We do not charge anything over that for Credit Card or PayPal.
