Recently, we were approached by Cosmo Cranes (http://www.cosmocranes.com.au/), a reputed Australian company that specialises in providing environmentally-friendly cranes for hire. They were interested in our work clothing, PPE (personal protection equipment) and embroidery services. We conducted a thorough need-analysis to gauge their expectations with regards to quality, price and turnaround time. We were only too happy to send them our best price quote for their extensive workwear order of 350 uniforms.

This being a large order, they were initially concerned about our ability to deliver on-time, without compromising on quality. We understood their concerns and attempted to put their fears to rest by inviting them to our premises for an inspection of our infrastructure. Two meetings later they were convinced to hand over the project to us.
