Perhaps it's not fair to blame BWW for my initial issue; the clothing manufacturer simply provided garments with the same size label that were clearly not the same size. Never the less, I can blame TWW for the outrageous turn around on my refund which has taken over 2 weeks to process since the item was returned to them, despite written approval of the refund now more than a week ago. Was also unimpressed at the anti-consumer behavior that led them to think they could charge me a restocking fee, despite this clearly not being a change-of-mind return. In the end, they charged me $10 to pay for missing tags, despite the fact that the products were clearly faulty and no longer needed tags, and were returned with all tags present!
